Always excellent service staff friendly and helpful

We have sent a more detailed response about our experience to Hays Travel direct by email.We had no communication from them regarding our holiday.We were left doing everything ourselves and were told nothing about what we needed to do before we went on our honeymoon cruise.We will not be using them again!!

Staff was friendly and very helpful and every detail was covered from Destination to insurance cover.

From the first message sent geraldine was so helpful talking me through different aspects of the cruise, advising on cabins and what would be best for us as a family with a 3 year old. Fabulous service and we now can't wait until 2025 to enjoy our holiday!

Slow to connect

Perfect holiday and service received from Hays Travel in Halesowen (particularly Karen, who gave us very good options with accurate description of facilities and helped us plan). Everything went smoothly and had a wonderful time. This was a stress free booking process and holiday and will use the agency again for our next holiday.

Have booked couple holidays with Hays Travel Rutherglen Branch and each time I've went the ladies have been fantastic and help you with everything you need.

Mt friend and I booked a holiday to Turkey for 1 week. The accommodation was different to what we were shown. The information regarding our last day was incorrect. We have complained to the manager and was not satisfied with her response. We waited over 3 weeks for a response. I have booked with Hays before. But I will not book with Hays or recommends to my family again

Your staff did not know we could not buy your travel insurance and offered no alternative.
Having sold the insurance we had to chase them for the refund
It was not a cheap holiday
The Alps train trip was sold out by the time we arrived

First time booking a cruise. Didn't feel confident consultant knew much. Went back in and a lovely lady called Carol told me what I needed to know and was very helpful.
