Tucked in a quiet spot, just 100m from Calo des Moro beach in San Antonio, the popular 2 star Gran Sol Hotel has got it all. The buffet restaurant is the place for local and international dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar serves drinks and snacks, both to the pool and to the spacious lounge, where there is live music entertainment once or twice weekly. There is also a separate lounge with satellite TV.

The Gran Sol Hotel is located in a quiet location, just 100m from Calo des Moro beach in San Antonio. San Antonio centre is approx 800m from the hotel and Ibiza airport 25kms away.
Modern and Clean Apartments!
I stayed for a week in July 2014 at the Gran Sol and thought for the price it was excellent, as good as some 4-star hotels I've stayed at. The rooms were a good size, well maintained and cleaned everyday in the early afternoon, so if you wanted a lie in this was perfect. We also got a nice side sea view at no extra cost.
Although it was peak season, we were always able to get a sunbed around the pool whatever time you went down. I couldn't really comment on the food as we were room only, but we ate at the pool bar on a couple of occasions and it was nice and well priced.
The hotel was around a 5-minute walk from the sunset bars, but did have a few restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. There was a small beach a few minutes away, which was fine for us, with the larger beach about 10 minutes away in the main centre of San Antonio.
