The Montelin Apartments has all the facilities you would expect from holiday apartments in Puerto Pollensa. Guests can also make use of the facilities at the Villa Concha complex next door which include: a lounge bar, swimming pool snack bar, kid's club, swimming pool, waterslides, fitness centre, massage and relaxation area, table tennis and pool tables, 24 hour reception with healthcare service, laundry service, car, motorcycle and bicycle rental, currency exchange, excursions, cycling facilities and special menus for cyclists.

The complex has a total of 24 modern studio apartments. All studios feature a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, fridge, kettle and kitchenware, free safety deposit box, 32inch satellite TV, iron and ironing board, bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning, heating, balcony and free WiFi.
Food, drink & entertainment
There are no restaurants or bars onsite, but each studio apartment comes with a wellequipped kitchen area. A snack bar and lounge bar are available at the Villa Concha complex, along with nightly entertainment of live music and shows.
Location
The Montelin Apartments are located in Puerto Pollensa, 150m from the beach and 800m from the centre of town. Palma Airport is approximately 65kms from these Puerto Pollensa holiday apartments.
Quiet, Cosy and a Great Location!
We stayed at the Montelin Studios in May. The complex, with only 20 or so rooms, was very quiet. Most of our fellow guests were repeat visitors and some were on their 20+ visit. The best thing about this property was it benefits from being small and intimate, but offers guests the use of all of the facilities of the next door/sister property Villa Concha.
The studios formed an L-shape around the small (cold) pool on only two floors, and were very clean and tidy. The kitchenette was adequate for rustling up basic fare, with the normal two rings, kettle, toaster and microwave. The local Spar shops were fairly expensive (worth a visit to the Euroski supermarket located two roads back from the main roundabout near the bus depot). But some fantastic great value restaurants were only a short walk away from the apartments.
I recommend asking for a top floor room on the right hand side, as these benefit from the evening sun.
