The Cliff Bay has five restaurants, three bars, outdoor pool, indoor pool, children's pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, solarium areas, chill-out zone, and direct access to the sea. There's also a spa, sauna, massage area, hairdresser, steam bath, beauty salon, and viewpoints looking over Funchal. Other facilities include: gym, tennis courts, table tennis, TV room, games room, billiards room, CD and DVD library, and children's playroom.

Hotel services: airport transfers, tours assistance, car rental, babysitting, laundry, diving lessons, complimentary Wi-Fi throughout, and a free shuttle bus to the town centre seven times a day.
